At CCU, the security of your personal information and finances is always our top priority. We have strong measures in place to ensure that security. For example, our website, digital banking, mobile app, and online applications all use strong encryption
to protect your personal information. Our digital banking users are required to have strong passwords and to use multi-factor authentication.
In direct response to the increased cybersecurity threat our country is facing, CCU’s Information Security Team has increased its proactive monitoring of our systems and is ensuring that we are following recent guidance issued by our regulators.
