When using our website, online banking, and Bill Pay services, please note that we support the following browser versions if they are installed on a supported operating system (listed below).

  • Google AndroidTM Operating System: Android 8.0 and above

The current version of our mobile banking application is supported by the hardware and software listed below. As a general practice, we support the current operating system and two previous major versions. Updates to the mobile application become available as we update security features and add new functionality. The following information is valid as of 06/01/2023.

    • Current CCU Mobile App version is 4010.2.1
    • Requires operating system 8.0 and above
  • Apple:
    • Current CCU Mobile App version is 4010.2.1
    • Requires operating system 15.0 and above
    • Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod® touch
