Network Administrator

Location: Wilmington, NC Area

Corning Credit Union is seeking an experienced and motivated Network Administrator who will also provide assistance with cross-functional support of servers and applications.

The successful candidate will gain exposure and provide support to CCU's data processing environment, which includes implementing tactical solutions, ongoing maintenance, strategic planning and compliance from regulators, corporate leadership, and financial industry requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

  • In-depth understanding of network architecture and protocols with exposure to enterprise level platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with switch and router configuration, preferably Cisco.
  • Ability to manage, maintain and upgrade information technology systems such as VoIP platforms, layer 2 and layer 3 switches, routers, and wireless access components.
  • Ability to perform incident response analysis and root cause analysis through research and peer/vendor support.
  • Comfortable researching and analyzing system performance issues, new technology and technical, tactical, and strategic solutions.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills and has the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload and projects.

Desired Skills

  • Firm grasp of systems virtualization technologies and experience supporting virtual servers, desktops, and vendor-supplied appliances.
  • Certifications related to networking technologies or other industry certifications.
  • Experience assisting with IT exams and audits.
  • Experience in documenting processes, procedures, and technology standards.

Member Service Representatives

Location: Corning, NY

Qualifications

Call Center Representative
