We’re excited to share that our North Carolina market is growing at an exciting pace! In fact, 10.7 percent of our membership growth in 2019 can be credited to the developments and investments made in this market over the past year. In June, we opened the doors to our new North Carolina Regional Office which will serve our 29,000 members and counting. As we continue to invest in the community, we anticipate adding 50-100 new employees in the Greater Wilmington area over the next five years, representing a significant opportunity for our team and a major investment in the Cape Fear Region. 

Our North Carolina Regional Office is located at 3705 Federal Park Drive, adjacent to Fulton Station off 17th Street Extension. The 43,000-square-foot building replaced the former CCU branch in Fulton Station and houses a full array of member service departments on the first floor including deposit accounts, wealth management, and consumer, business, and mortgage lending. The branch also features a walk-up ATM, a drive-up ATM, and a night depository.
Membership at CCU is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the City of Wilmington, the Brunswick County area, and a portion of Pender County. Learn more here.
