Corning Credit Union (CCU) is holding a food drive throughout the month of September that will benefit South Central Community Action. The public is being asked to donate the following non-perishable food items to help feed the hungry: soups, peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna and chicken, boxed macaroni and cheese, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta and pasta sauce, juice boxes and more. Items can be donated at any CCU branch.

"We are pleased to be able to hold this food drive to help people living right here in our community," said Danielle Lovelace, Franklin County Regional Manager at Corning Credit Union. "Some people need a little extra help feeding their families. We are happy to partner with South Central Community Action to distribute the food we collect."
