Having loan payment options that fit your needs and preferences is important. Our options give flexibility to choose the method that works best for you.
Payment options if your deposit accounts are with Corning Credit Union:
- Loan Transfer. Automatically transfer your loan payments from your checking or savings account to your loan each month. Give us a call today to set up automatic loan transfers on your account.
- Digital Banking. Transfer funds from your CCU checking or savings account to your CCU loan. Simply log in to your CCU Digital Banking account and click Transfers on the left of the dashboard.
- By Check. Mail a check for your loan payment amount to CCU.
- In Person. Stop by any of our
branch locations and process your loan payment in person.
Payment options if your deposit accounts are with another financial institution:
- External Fund Transfer. Make a payment from a savings or checking account at another financial institution to your CCU loan. Simply log in to Digital Banking and select Transfers on the left of the dashboard, then the "Classic" tab
and "Add an External Account" option. On your mobile app, simply select "Add Account" in the upper right. Once you add and link your accounts, you can send money and make payments to your loans at CCU.
- Loan Payment Center*. Make one-time payments from a savings or checking account at another financial institution or with a non-CCU debit card through the Loan Payment Center. There is a $10 convenience fee for this service.
- By Phone. Make a payment directly over the phone. Please have your account information from the other financial institution ready before calling. There is a $10 convenience fee for this
service.
- By Check. Mail a check for your loan payment amount to CCU.
- In Person. Stop by any of our
branch locations and process your loan payment in person.
*To use the Loan Payment Center, you must have an open loan and be a member in good standing. Payments to CCU mortgage loans cannot be made through the Loan Payment Center. To make a mortgage payment, first transfer the funds from your other financial institution to your CCU savings or checking account using the Loan Payment Center. Then transfer the funds to your mortgage in Digital Banking.
Transfers to your loan account(s) are limited to $5,000 per transaction. Transfers requested by 5 p.m. ET will be posted the same day; transfers requested after 5 p.m. ET will be posted the next business day. Holidays will extend the normal
