We're partnering with Communities in Schools (CIS) Cape Fear, serving New Hanover and Pender counties, and CIS Brunswick County to hold a donation drive for their Stuff the Bus program. The program helps provide essential school supplies to students in need. 

Donations in New Hanover County branches will benefit CIS Cape Fear, and donations at the Leland branch will benefit CIS Brunswick County.

To help students in New Hanover and Pender counties:

• Drop off an item on the CIS Cape Fear wishlist in the yellow barrel at the NC Regional Office or Porters Neck branch; or
• Visit the CIS Cape Fear wishlist on Amazon to donate online. Simply go to their Stuff the Bus wishlist, select the items you wish to donate, and then select "CIS Stuff the Bus 2020's Gift Registry Address" as the shipping address. If you like, you can add "Gift from Corning Credit Union" in the message box. The items will be sent directly to CIS Cape Fear for distribution.

To help students in Brunswick County:

• Drop off an item on the CIS Brunswick County wishlist in the yellow barrel at the Leland branch.
