With CCU’s Skip-A-Payment option, you can keep extra cash in your pocket by skipping up to three payments every six months on select loans at no cost.1

Follow the instructions below or view this tutorial for step-by-step instructions.

Online Banking*

  • Click on the three dots ("More") icon at the bottom of the left-hand menu
  • Select "Skip-A-Pay"
  • Click the "Skip" button next to the loan payment you wish to skip
  • Choose one of your share accounts for the $0.00 "Payment Option." You will not be charged to skip this payment!
  • Read and accept the Skip-A-Pay disclosures and check the "I Agree"  box for the payment option you have chosen
  • Click "Submit" to complete your request

Mobile Banking*

  • Click the three lines at the bottom right ("More") on your app
  • Accept the "Disclosure" on the top right-hand corner of the screen to complete your request
  • Click "Submit"
  • Choose one of your share accounts for the $0.00 "Payment Option." You will not be charged to skip this payment!
  • Confirm the "Account" you've chosen and click the "Skip" button at the bottom of the screen
  • Read the Skip-A-Pay disclosures and choose the "Account" you wish to skip
  • Select "Skip-A-Pay"

Membership eligibility required. Other restrictions may apply. Contact a CCU Representative for details. 1Skip-a-Payment requests are based on approval criteria established by CCU. Not available on all loan types. Limit of three (3) skipped payments per eligible loan on a 6-month rolling calendar basis. If you have taken a Skip a Payment since January 1, 2020, it will count as 1 (one) of the 3 (three) available skipped payments per rolling 6 months. All CCU loans must be current for requests to be approved and processed. Acceptance of this offer will extend the term of the loan and INTEREST and FINANCE CHARGES will continue to accrue. This service is subject to change without notice. If you elected GAP coverage, the coverage will not extend beyond the original maturity date and the benefit may be reduced by the amount of the payment skipped. If applicable, credit life and/or disability insurance premiums will continue to add to your loan balance.

*Members who registered between 1/17/2019 and 3/18/2019 will need to log in to online banking to add the widget:

  1. Click the "More" icon.
  2. Click "Widget Options."
  3. Scroll down to the "Available" section and click the "Add" icon next to the Skip-A-Pay widget.
  4. Skip-A-Pay can now be accessed from the "More" menu in both online banking and the mobile app.
